Methodology

Ballet Fit is a ballet-based fitness programme suitable for any level. Based on Progressing Ballet Technique and FLX Flexibility Training methods, the exercises combine stretch and strength for increased mobility and accurate muscle activation. This programme is a gentle introduction to ballet-based fitness techniques for newcomers and a supplement to anyone attending regular dance classes.
